Der Dynax2 ist ein Kompressor für den ambitionierten Toningenieur. Mit diesem Kompressor/ Limiter kann ein sehr weites Feld an unterschiedlicher Kompression abdeckt werden. Von subtiler Kompression bis zu radikalste Umformungen der Hüllkurve ist alles möglich. Die Soundergebnisse sind wirklich umwerfend!

Conceived around very low distorsion circuits, the Dynax2 allows for a wide range of effects, starting with the smoothest and most transparent compression, and going to the harshest and most spectacular sound designs.
Both "attack" and "release" knobs permit a graduated change of values to reshape the sound and create a new envelope.
The Dynax Square offers three different compression curves :
- Limiter (10:1)
- Brickwall
- AntiDyna (an innovative new mode designed by Olivier Bolling which literally "over-limits" the sound in a "funky-to-trashy" way)
All the components of the signal path are carefully hand selected high quality parts.
The front panel is a 10 millimeters thick solid aluminium engraved piece of work.
VU-meter lighting allows user to see both output level or gain reduction. Over modulation cleverly turns the blue hue of the meter to a strong red.

Built to the highest standards, this is one of the most original designs for a compressor I've seen in a long time. 
The Dynax is a like a "chameleon" compressor. It's not your typical sounding limiter. Sure it compresses but it will give you unexpected results that you wouldn't have imagined otherwise. It seems limitless in the range of colors you can dial in, from subtle vocal compression to extrem "effects" type of limiting. It's one of the most versatile compressors I've ever used. I've been using it on every session since I got it and now I wouldn't mix without one or two, or three ...

You can go very subtle or very aggressive with the four compression settings. The last setting which he calls « antidyna » is very fun to use indeed. It gives you some extreme limiting where you can achieve reverse cymbal effects very easily, for example. I really couldn’t compare it with any one compressor. This is my latest favorite toy and I tell everyone about. He’s got some other things cooking which he just hinted at but didn’t go into details. If they’re anything like the dynax, then i’m sure they’ll have a unique way of processing your sound as well….
